Promoting Optimistic Thinking in YMCA After-School Students

The Dream Playbook was tested by the University of Cincinnati in a year-long study called “Promoting Optimistic Thinking in YMCA After-School Students” as part of community service and outreach program.

About

We teach kids (and adults) how to dream, how to turn those dreams into reality, and how to have fun doing it. We use our evidence-based process and traditional pencil-and-paper games and hands-on activities that teach important concepts and put them into action right away.
